Individual County Criminal Report - $18.00 Performed by trained court records researchers on courthouse site. The rate of $18.00 per county is occasionally charged with a county imposed fee. Turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours, but can be as long as 72 hours under some circumstances. There is a discount rate for more than one county search done in the same state.
Statewide Criminal Search (Prices vary state-to-state from $10.00-$65.75) Search varies from state to state according to states accessibility. Records may include convictions only from the Department of Corrections, or felony convictions/felony and misdemeanor convictions from the states repository. Average Turnaround time varies from 24-72 hours.
Federal Criminal Report - $25.00 Records representing cases brought by the Federal Government against an individual or corporation for actions in violation of Federal Laws. There are 241 US District Courts, with each state housing one to four federal district courts. The Federal Criminal Record search is not a nationwide search. Records are recorded at each Federal district and must be searched per Federal district. Results are available in 24 hours.
Quick Statewide Criminal Report - $7.50 Search contains criminal records from state provided databases. The records available vary state to state and are updated by the state weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly. This search is recommended only as a quick reference for a more detailed search or as a back-up to a county criminal search.
Sex Offender Registry - $5.00 A search of a specific state's repository. Details in the report can include: identifiers, registered address, aliases, case numbers, charge(s), conviction details and period of incarceration and photos of the offender.
Civil Searches
County Civil Record Search (Upper and Lower Courts) - $30.00 Civil history records provide information about claims, suits and judgments filed by individuals or corporations against other private parties or corporations. Examples of findings include divorce, product liability suits, violation of civil rights, judgments, nonpayment of goods and other similar cases. These cases can be found at county levels. Average turnaround is 24 to 72 hours.
Federal Civil Records Docket Search - $20.00 Returns all records stored at the Federal District Civil Court level by name match only and/or Nature of Suit. If you don't get a name match your subject does not have a previous federal civil court history and thus a more detailed search is not necessary.
Credit Reports
Employment Credit Report - $24.00 Provides a fast, cost-effective confirmation of employment application information, including demographic and financial information for additional hiring decision support. (Access to this product requires approval/release)
Tenant Credit Report - $18.00 Report includes FICO scores, credit history and credit related legal actions or bankruptcies. (Access to this product requires approval/release)
Business Credit Report - $18.00 Background search is performed on a business to verify legitimacy, profitability, stability and financial details to evaluate for credit relationships. Results may include: business name, address, owner/proprietor, D-U-N-S number, SIC code, rating explanation, payment activity summary, public filing summary and history information.
Social Security Trace - $3.00 Report provides current information on a person's name, addresses, and aliases. This search is an excellent tool for locating counties in which an applicant has lived for the past 7-10 years.
Other Background Screening Reports
Driving Records - $23.00 Report can include records of driving while intoxicated, revoked license, accidents and minor traffic violations. Driving records are held in state bureaus and have access to all counties in the state and sometimes other states. (Release may be required)
Workers Compensation - $25.00 Workers Compensation history component of a background check can provide the injury description, injury date, filing date, weekly compensation rate, and compensation dates. The availability of this report varies by state and can take anywhere from two to ten business days. Signed releases authorizing a background check may need to be faxed directly to the record holder and some states have specific forms they require. All employers should check to be sure this pre-employment screening tool is used in compliance with the ADA and FCRA.
National Security Search - $15.00 A national security search providing a search of 15 National and international lists such as the Office of the Inspector General Health and Human Services Exclusions List, Office of Foreign Assets Control Specially Designated Nationals List, Interpol Fugitives List and FBI Most Wanted List. These lists include individuals involved in terrorist activities, money laundering, illegal imports, fraud against government agencies, violations of federal banking regulations and fugitives from justice.
Evictions - $11.00 National database of evictions (updated from public record information including eviction filings as well as possession and money judgments for every Metropolitan Area in the U.S., representing 80% of the population). The search is not limited to addresses provided by the applicant, but also includes undisclosed address information. Since eviction records may not have sufficient information to establish an exact identity, eviction search results should be taken as indicator of information to be verified prior to making a rental decision. Unless such information is verified with regard to the consumer who has made the application for residency, eviction information should not be used.
