InfoQuest is a small business that began business in 1996. Our employees come from backgrounds of having been involved in different aspects of the researching of public records including performing locating services and negotiations for adoptees locating birth parents, genealogical research and background screening. Our management have been trained as information research specialists through the NIA Academy of Public Records Research in West Palm Beach, Florida. We have evolved into a company that specializes in background screening for the needs of churches, although we also provide services for businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals.
The advantage of being a small business is that we are able to tailor each client's special needs and requirements. We differ from our competition by providing the most current reports with the fastest turnaround possible while providing personalized and individualized customer service resulting in high customer satisfaction. What really sets us apart from larger background screening companies is we do not provide "cookie cutter" service and information obtained solely through databases, which can be limited and outdated.
